Birthday Party Checklist
Paper Products: (If you are serving pizza and cupcakes, you don't need forks and spoons!) *Cups *Plates *Forks *Spoons *Napkins (lots of napkins)
Food: *Cake or Cupcakes *Pizza *Chips (If you want to have some food for the kids to snack on with their food) *Water bottles or juice boxes (One for each child for the food and one for the desert. Individual boxes or bottles are much better than cups and take less time because you do not have to pour anything.) *Food for parents (Some people bring chips and dip, others get wraps or sandwiches while others simply order a pizza for the adults. Coffee and donuts work great too. Anything goes, do what works best for you and your budget.)
Other Stuff: *Garbage Bags (to carry all your gifts home) *Table Cloths (You will need one for the gift table, one for the food table and a few more depending on the number of guests you are having. If your child is under 5 you will not need table cloths for the kids tables because they do not need them. These tables are pictured on the birthday party page.) *Balloons (10 Helium balloons in the color of your choice make great decorations. You may also want to bring weights for the balloons) *Candles (Don't forget the candles!) *Matches (You will need to light your candles to sing happy birthday!) *Knife (If you are serving cake, you will need to bring one to cut your cake. If you are bringing ice cream cake, be sure that you leave enough time for it to thaw.) *Camera (Perhaps bring an extra memory card just in case and make sure your battery is charged) *Goody Bags *List of Guests
